Got my first oil change in my new car and had some confusion but Josh was a huge help and was very patient. They are efficient and they get you in an out. Everyone was nice, kind and very helpful! A great location and great, upstanding employees! I’ll be back when it’s time for my next oil change!

Had to take my wife's car in for an oil change while ive got a broken arm. Diego was awesome to deal with, honest and not pushy regarding other services. Quick & easy and good prices for a oil change place nowadays!

I had a great experience at Valvoline, thanks to Leviticus. From the moment I pulled in, he was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and made the entire process smooth and easy. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made me feel confident that my car was in good hands. The only downside for me was the price—it was a bit higher than I expected. I explained that my last visit, I had my oil changed AND I purchased an air filter for way less than the price quoted. However, Leviticus went above and beyond by offering me a discount, which I truly appreciated and made a big difference. Because of his excellent customer service, I would definitely consider coming back. If I could, I’d give him a 10-star rating!

I had an excellent experience getting my oil change, all thanks to Casey! He was fantastic at explaining everything about my car, especially since it’s an older, high-mileage vehicle. He clearly walked me through what to keep an eye on moving forward and made great recommendations without ever being pushy or aggressive. Casey helped me choose the best oil for my car and made the whole experience easy and stress-free. He’s truly doing things right at Valvoline customer service like his makes all the difference!
